To synchronise your Booking.com calendar with Rentalake, follow these two steps:
I. Import your Rentalake calendar
Log in to your Rentalake host area
Click on the “Calendar and pricing” tab at the top right of the page, as shown below.
Then in the “Link a calendar” section on the right-hand side. Copy the Rentalake link, as shown below.
Go to your Booking.com extranet in the Rates & availability tab (or Calendar & rates) and click “Synchronise calendars”, as shown below.
Select the relevant accommodation and click “Add calendar connection”, as shown below.
Paste the Rentalake iCal link, give it a recognisable name (Rentalake), then click “Next step”, as shown below.
II. Import your Booking.com calendar
On Booking.com, after clicking “Next step”, click “Copy link” to export your Booking.com calendar, as shown below.
Open your Rentalake host area, go to the “Calendars and pricing” tab, then in the “Link a calendar” section to the right of the listing, as shown below.
Paste the (Booking) calendar link and click “Add”.
Repeat the same operation for each property listed on Rentalake and Booking.
Your Booking availability calendar is now synchronised with Rentalake’s. You can check this by going to the “Calendar” tab.
