To synchronise your Airbnb calendar with Rentalake, follow these two steps:
I. Import your Airbnb calendar
Go to your Airbnb host area, in the Calendar tab
Select the calendar for the relevant listing, as shown below
Click on “Availability settings” in the side panel on the right of the screen, as shown below
Then click “Connect to another website”
Copy the link, as shown below
Open your Rentalake host area, go to the “Calendars and pricing” tab, then in the “Link a calendar” section to the right of the listing, as shown below.
Paste the (Airbnb) calendar link and click “Add”.
II. Export your Rentalake calendar
Log in to your Rentalake host area
Click on the “Calendar and pricing” tab at the top right of the page, as shown below.
Then in the “Link a calendar” section on the right-hand side. Copy the Rentalake link, as shown below.
Go back to Airbnb and return to step 2
Paste the Rentalake iCal link into the “Other website link” field, name your calendar, then click “Add calendar”, as shown below.
Repeat the same operation for each property listed on Rentalake and Airbnb.
Your Airbnb availability calendar is now synchronised with Rentalake’s. You can check this by going to the “Calendar” tab.
