I. Import your Abritel calendar
Go to your Abritel host area, in the Calendar tab
Click “Import and export”, then “Export calendar”, as shown below.
Copy the Abritel iCal link, as shown below
Open your Rentalake host area, go to the “Calendars and pricing” tab, then in the “Link a calendar” section to the right of the listing, as shown below.
Paste the (Abritel) calendar link and click “Add”.
II. Export your Rentalake calendar
Open your Rentalake host area, go to the “Calendars and pricing” tab, then the “Link a calendar” section on the right-hand side. Copy the Rentalake link, as shown below.
Go back to your Abritel Calendar and click “Import a calendar”
Paste the Rentalake iCal link, choose whether or not to export dates blocked manually on Abritel, then click “Next”, as shown below.
Name the calendar (Rentalake), choose a colour, then click “Import”, as shown below.
Repeat the same operation for each property listed on Rentalake and Abritel.
Your Abritel availability calendar is now synchronised with Rentalake’s. You can check this by going to the “Calendar” tab.

How do I manually block dates in my Rentalake calendar?
Log in to your Rentalake host area
In the top right-hand tab, click on the “Calendars and pricing” button, as shown below
Select the dates you want to block, as shown below.
Tick “Mark as booked”, as shown below, then click “Confirm”.
You can now see that the dates you chose to block are greyed out.
