In the event of cancellation by the renter:
• If the cancellation takes place before the date indicated in the listing, the guest will be refunded in full, subject to deduction of the non-refundable service fees, in accordance with article 7.1.
• If the cancellation takes place after the date indicated in the listing, no refund will be issued.
However, the guest may request to reschedule the booking, subject to your agreement and the availability of the lake/pond or accommodation.
In summary, if the renter cancels after your cancellation deadline, you will of course be paid in full.
