Yes, you can offer guests a rescheduled booking, but this is by no means mandatory. If the guest cancels and the cancellation policy is not met, you are fully entitled not to offer a reschedule. It’s your decision.
If you do wish to arrange a reschedule, you will need to contact the Rentalake team so that we can move the booking.
