2) Once on the selected listing, simply scroll down and click on "Contact": you will be taken directly to the messaging page, where you will need to accept our terms of use, as shown below.
3) You can then chat directly with the owner and ask any questions you wish before proceeding with the booking.
Some owners are more responsive than others and will reply quickly. If an owner does not get back to you, please feel free to write to us via the online chat at the bottom right, as shown below. A member of the team will then get in touch with you to answer all your questions.
