Log in to your Rentalake host area
In the top right-hand tab, click on the “Booking tracking” button, as shown below
You can then find travellers’ contact details, as shown below.
If no phone number or email address appears, that is completely normal: this information is only shared once the period defined by the cancellation policy has expired. In the meantime, please use only the online messaging system to communicate with travellers.
