Log in to your Rentalake host area
In the top right-hand tab, click on the “Messages” button, as shown below
You can then see all your messages and reply to them, as shown below.
If you want to contact a guest who has already booked, click on “Booking tracking”, as shown below.
You can then chat with the guest, as shown below. You will also have access to their phone number and email address once the cancellation-policy period has passed. Until that period expires, you must only use the online messaging system.
