Log in to your Rentalake host area
Click on the “Booking tracking” tab at the top right of the page, as shown below.
Simply click on the “Cancel” button, as shown below.
Please note that any cancellation of a confirmed booking must be justified with a specific and detailed reason. An unexpected cancellation can understandably disappoint the guest, and we want to ensure that any change or cancellation is clearly explained.
If the cancellation is not considered valid, Rentalake reserves the right to suspend your listing for 14 days.
