Log in to your Rentalake host area
Click on the “Booking tracking” tab at the top right of the page, as shown below.
You can easily display bookings awaiting validation using the “To validate” filter, as shown below.
All you need to do then is click “Confirm booking”.
Once the request has been accepted, you will be able to access the guest’s contact details after the end of the cooling-off period (cancellation policy). However, you can still communicate via the online chat and provide any necessary information.
