1) Log in to your Rentalake space
2) In the tab at the top right, click on the "My bookings" button, as shown below.
3) You can then chat and get in touch with the host, as shown below. You will also have access to their phone number and email address once the cancellation policy period has expired. In the meantime, you will need to use the online messaging system exclusively.
