As of today, Rentalake does not provide insurance.
Please note that hosts using the RENTALAKE platform to offer their lakes/ponds for rent undertake to be covered by appropriate professional public liability insurance, covering in particular the risks related to making their lakes/ponds available, welcoming guests, and any damage that may occur on the rental site.
However, the parties acknowledge that, due to their respective independence, RENTALAKE does not verify hosts’ insurance cover for any liability related to the rental of spaces, in accordance with applicable regulations.
